• Syndicated managed pages may contain portlet preferences or
  parameters that are incorrectly encoded. For example, the
  double-quote character is encoded as """ string.
  The incorrect encoding can result in various problems, like
  - content is displayed incorrectly: Instead of characters (like
  >, & or "), its HTML encoded representation (> & or
  &ruot;) is displayed
  - run-time exceptions (for example, database updates are
  aborted with an exception that indicates that the content being
  updated exceeds its size limits)
