  This task takes one parameter:
  
  targetRuntimeId
  
  the targetRuntimeId parameter of osgiSetPDETargetRuntime must
  match the value specified for the atribute targetId of the Ant
  task createWSRuntime.
  
  Usage of this task is required to resolve the above errors.
  
  Workaround:
   Even if this task is not documented, it can be used in Rational
  Application Developer v8.5.1.
