Error description

• When using IBM Rational ClearQuest clients with the EmailPlus
  package, and CQ Email Relay SMTP Relay (Simple Mail Transfer
  Protocol) or PostOffice mode capabilities, when an Email Rule
  record includes more than 1 e-mail address in the resulting TO
  or CC e-mail fields, an illegal address exception will occur and
  the e-mails may fail to send (PostOffice mode) or be lost
  permanently (SMTP Relay mode).
  
  Examples: Place a User Group in the To field; Place a list of
  internet e-mail addresses in the CC field.
  
  To diagnose failure, observe the WebSphere Application Server
  (WAS) profile - cqwebprofile\logs\server1\SystemOut.log with CQ
  Email Relay debug mode enabled:
