Error description

• When executing a text search, if it yields more than 1024
  results, then the view service will execute the same search
  again. This would increase the load on the server and could
  impact the server performance.

  When using the text search box to perform a full text
  search, if partial results are returned (more than 1024
  results) from the lucene search, a 2nd unintentional search
  is being performed causing the response time to be double
  what is necessary.
  

Problem conclusion

• This issue will be fixed in the Rational Requirements
  Composer 4.0.4 release.
