Error description
You are using IBM Rational System Architect version 11.4.2 on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2. You are working in a new professional DoDAF2 encyclopedia. You have created a new OV-5a diagram. You then import a .CSV file that has over 400 definitions into the encyclopedia. You then take up to 10 definitions at a time and create hierarchies. At some point after adding over 100 definitions and adding them to your hierarchical structure, you will be notified that System Architect has encountered a problem and must close. You are prompted to send in a trouble report. Currently there is no workaround for this issue.
