*                      bar.                                    *

PBL is the page set extension block to store the claim and drain
information for each logical part of NPI.  The more partitions
of the base tablespace, the bigger size of PBL is.  When
concurrently open a large number of partitioned tablespace with
NPI, the PBL may consume a fair amount of below the bar storage.
