Comments
File Manager has been updated to allow control over the usage of the File Manager internal compiler. A new FACILITY class profile called : FILEM.COBOL.INTERNAL can be defined. If a userid has been granted access other than NONE then the File Manager internal compiler will be used , even if there is a customer installed COBOL compiler (IGYCRCTL present on the system. Please note that because File Manager is issuing RACROUTE call with STATUS=ACCESS , some 3rd party security products (ie non RACF require additional definitions to avoid S047 security abends. -------------------------------------------------------------- Publication Closing Code: DEVCHNG For the documentation changes associated with this APAR, please refer to: ftp://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/websphere/awdtools/ filemanager/fmv12apar.pdf The changes are to the following publications: PUB ID PUB NAME ------------ ---------------------------------------- SC19-3673-01 File Manager for z/OS V12R1 Customization Guide The latest published manuals can be found at: http://www.ibm.com/software/awdtools/filemanager/library/ index.html.
