Error description
The on-line documentation that describes how to publish a library via the command-line is incorrect. The correct method is described in the following technote: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27027017 It should also be documented that publishing '.war' files via the command-line is not supported at this time.
