Error description

  • This is an issue with RPE owned DXL file.
When OLE as Image set to true, RPE cannot handle '/' module or
attribute name.
This is also a defect in RPE code and how they process the
attribute name to create a temporary .rtf file.

Problem conclusion


    

  • Summary:
OLEs are written to temp .rtf document on the server before
including into main RPE generated document. The path to temp OLE
rtf document is created using attribute name parameter from
DOORS, which also had a '/' causing failure. This scenario is
handled now.
