Error description

• An observed three percent performance regression when using
  eXtreme Scale 8.6 compared to previous version.
  
  This regression is only observed when providing ObjectGrid or
  BackingMap custom plug-ins in the grid configuration.

  The processing logic for the PluginOutputFormat annotation was
  updated to appropriately cache the result instead of looking for
  the annotation each time.
  

Problem conclusion

• An interim fix is available for this APAR.  The fix is also
  included in V8.6.0.2.
