PM87264: USER DEFINED ACCESS NOT REMOVED AFTER ADDING WORKFLOW TO EXISTIN G ITEMS

APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When a workflow is added to any existing items (using the
WorkflowEnablement module), the Workflow Security options are
added to Access section as expected.

The User Defined options however still remain on the item which
is not desirable. This may cause problems with the overall item
security. Further, the User Defined options cannot be modified.
