  Description of problem:
  
  When trying to upload a project to Design Management via the
  Rational Software Architect client, the user can choose a
  project area that is not Managed by Design Management. There is
  no message that prevents the user from doing so, and the wizard
  won't then let the user go further than selecting the project
  area without any explanation message.
  
  It is expect that either the project to be displayed but not
  selectable (greyed out for instance) or entirely removed from
  the Selection Dialog. And in both case, a warning message should
  be displayed to explain why such projects can't be selected.
  
  Steps to reproduce
  
  1) Create a new Project Area via the Design Management web
  client and make sure it is externally managed.
  2) Create a new Model Project in Rational Software Architect
  3) Click the Upload To Server Button
  4) Click the add button
  5) Add the project area and its associated workspace
  6) Notice that previous page of the wizard is display (where it
  is possible to add a project area) but that the project area
  selected has not been added and that no warning messages have
  been displayed.
  
  There is no workaround.

  The Connect to Server Projects dialog was showing both
  externally managed and actively managed projects and it
  should have only been show actively managed projects.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Connect to Server Projects dialog now only shows
  actively managed projects. This defect has been fixed in the
  Rational Software Architect Extension for Design Management
  4.0.3 release.
