PM86553: Starting the product results in crash in module libxul.so

Information missing in the information center with a pointer to a technote related to problems starting IBM Rational Software Architect and IBM Rational Application Developer on Linux RedHat 6 resulingt in a crash in module libxul.so because of not having a supported version of Mozilla XULrunner installed.
The following note was added in the RAD and RSA 8.5.1 information centers to the topic, "Additional installation requirements for Linux".
