APAR status

Error description

  • Running IMS V10 with z/OS 01.13.00 , right after the completion
of /CHE FREEZE , CSLSPC20  abended with S0E0, RSN28 on msg
CSL3111E, andthe latest fix of S0E0 RSN29 PM41082 is applied.
Due to the S0E0 RSN28,  DBRC U2480 and and 0C4 also hit after.
Note the  IMS1, 2, 3 were hitting the same S0E0 RSN28,  DBRC
U2048 and 0C4 right after the completion of /CHE FREEZE.

* RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *

    CSLSPC30 encounters an ABEND0E0 RSN28 when accessing the
  CMBR block for the message destination.  The abend occurred
  because the CMBR access register contains garbage instead of
  zeros.
