• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A SqlSyntaxErrorException occurs when running the
  report_license_total_device_count.rptdesign BIRT report
  template.
  

Local fix

• Changes were made to the template by the customer to avoid the
  error, but different changes were made by development to
  resolve the issue.

Problem conclusion

• The code was fixed so that the correct 'group by' SQL syntax is
  used.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 5.0.6.1.
