  Instance not set when editing an element from the Search Results
  view.
  
  Carma user has run an Endevor search, specifying a particular
  environment.  User selects an element (xxxxxxx) from the Search
  Results view and opens for edit.  When the EDIT ELEMENT dialog
  appears, user changes the target environment to another valid
  environment but different then original search. When ?OK? is
  selected, the following error appears and element is not opened:
  'Open xxxxxxx' has encountered a problem. An internal error
  occurred during: 'Open xxxxxxx'.  Details tab shows the
  following error: 'An internal error occurred during: 'Open
  xxxxxxx''. The Repository Instance association is not set.' .
