Command Server when using a binary Optimized Schema
Representation (OSR) file as the input metadata.

FUNC:UnLoadMercMap CHECKMMH FAILED mmh=1E9C5A10

External Parser returned Error:
TYPE X'0002' (XMLParser: Invalid metadata location.).
