Error description

• In Rational Quality Manager, when loading a test case execution
  result, all the previous results for the corresponding Test case
  execution record, TCER, will also be loaded in the background.
  The more execution result associated to the TCER the lonnger it
  will take to load the list of previous execution result.
  Note that this list is available for the previous execution
  result section of the test case execution result.
  
  This behavior has beed identified as a product defect and a work
  item also exist on jazz.net:
