  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Provide an installation option that     *
  *                      prevents the use of the FM/DB2 editor   *
  *                      - in edit mode - when displaying the    *
  *                      result table for a user-specified       *
  *                      SELECT statement.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  Currently any user can select Browse, View or Edit as the editor
  option for the 'Arbitrary SQL Select Statements' system option.
  Some customers wish to restrict the use of the editor - in edit
  mode - when processing user-specified select statements.

• Enhancement Apar.  File Manager DB2 component has been changed
  to provide a new FMN2SSDM parameter USER_SELECT_EDIT.  The
  default is Y, which maintains the current behaviour.
  
  No re-assembly of the FMN2POPT module is required for customers
  unless the new behavior is required.  When the new behavior is
  required, the new FMN2SSDM parameter should be added for each
  DB2 sub-system where that new behavior is required, and the
  FMN2UMDP usermod re-applied.
