Problem summary

    *                 for z/OS Version 1 Release 13 IP: Telnet     *
    *                 Server using solicitor screen.               *

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Telnet solicitor screen increased in    *
    *                      size causing clients which counted      *
    *                      bytes to fail in v1r13.                 *
    ****************************************************************

    An application which simply counted the number of bytes
    received from Telnet instead of parsing the 3270 data
    will see different behavior in v1r13 when the
    solicitor screen is received.  The solicitor screen was
    modified to include space for password phrases.
