Error description

• wve_common_configure_dyncluster not updating cluster attributes
  on execute
  
  running the action in import mode will successfully import
  configuration attributes associated with the dynamic cluster.
  
  Updating the attributes in the dyncluster.xml configuration
  stored in RAF does not result on changes made to the WVE
  environment on action execution.
  
  This is a critical defect since attributes we import and make
  available for modification, are not updated on execution.
  
  Example attributes that fail on execution:

  When updating dynamic cluster properties via Rational
  Automation Framework, changes made to the following
  attributes of a dynamic cluster were not updated in the live
  WebSphere Virtual Enterprise cell.
  
  maxInstances
  minInstances
  
  This was caused by a problem that existed in the code used
  to read the dynamic cluster attributes as they were stored
  in the Rational Automation Framework data model.
  

Problem conclusion

• The jython code that handles dynamic cluster configuration
  data was updated so that it properly processed the
  attributes for dynamic clusters.
