• A report with a crosstab is upgraded from IBM Cognos BI v10.1.1
  to v10.2.0. This report validates and runs without warnings in
  version 10.1.1. After the upgrade this report does not validate
  and run. This error message is thrown:??RQP-DEF-0177 An error
  occurred while performing operation 'sqlPrepareWithOptions'
  status='-16'.?UDA-SQL-0358 Line 27: Syntax error near
  "15.3".??Both IBM Cognos BI versions use the same OS, database
  and database client.
