Problem Description:
After setting the editor virtual
storage limit in option 0.6 to 1M,
the editor does not load records into
storage when selecting a memory type,
or include only selected records type
of edit session.

Problem Summary:
The editor load routines consider that 1MB of remaining virtual
storage is indicative of a shortage of virtual storage, without
considering that users may choose a low limit close to this
figure.

Recommendation:
Apply the PTF for PM80625 (UK93692).
