  Additional symptom when using PRESORT(ACCEPT) option:

  The root of this issue is in PRESORT(ACCEPT) option.  This
  option disables the sort and accepts out-of-sequence records.
  In such case input file (SMFDATA) contains unsorted records and
  OMPE should make additional efforts to extract required
  information.  Workareas may be overflowed and performance falls
  down.  This is especially true for parallel tasks data processin

  without PRESORT(ACCEPT) option
