Error description

• The IBM HourGlass Usage and Installation Guide, Version 6,
  Release 1 (SC23-8561-01) refers to SAGGSAMP library members
  AGGVIGNA and AGGVIGNP.  These SAGGSAMP library members have been
  inadvertently omitted from the SAGGSAMP library.  This fix
  supplies the missing AGGVIGNA and AGGVIGNP members.
