Error description

  • Getmain loop in DMPRCMGR causing out of storage abends.

C:D reported U0500 abends in DMPRCMGR after reporting SCPA800E
condition in CDESTAE.

In the U0500 dump, the 2 process TCAs that reported the
SCPA800E are the ones taking the U0500 abends.  Those TCAs also
show TATBUF containing FM68 for a different process than the
failing processes.
