AE PM82301 FIX COMPLETION

Correcting an additional exposure for objects with any GBPCACHE
setting, where a page may incorrectly be assumed current (based
on the setting of the recorded pageset P-lock sequence number),
if it is read into the buffer pool during a pageset P-lock
transision.

    



Problem conclusion

Fixed the timing window by recording the pageset P-lock
sequence number before beginning the page read, rather than
after the read has completed.
