Error description

• The IBM infocenter for RPE 1.2 does not describe about
  'Configuration Layer' (available from RPE 1.2 onwards) that is
  available when running through the RPE document generation
  wizard.
  
  Inter task: 38065 has been created to address this, however
  creating this documentation correction request for tracking
  purpose.
