Error description

• The startup image on iOS flickers, shows a black screen, and
  then comes back before the application displays itself.

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified so that the screen no longer flickers.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 5.0.6.1.
