  *                        as releases prior to 8.5.             *

  1 Rollup Multiplatform 8.5.0.7 fixpack.
  2 Prior to 8.5, ARNCSVFL used native functions to convert
    floating-point double numbers to strings in order to send it
    to the server.  With 8.5, the ICU sprintf is used instead.
    This resulted in differences if the way the number was
    formatted in the lower digits when the number had a large
    number of decimal digits.  This issue affects both ODWEK and
    the Windows client.

  2. ARNCSVFL is changed to use the native sprintf, restoring the
     pre 8.5 behavior.  This fix is only being provided for ODWEK.
     Customers experiencing this issue using the 8.5 Windows
     client should upgrade to 9.0 Windows client.
