• Closed as program error.

Error description

• DDF Receive and Send Rates not updated on E3270 Interface.
  However, Classic environment did show up the updated values for
  DDF Receive and Send Rates.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Columns 'DDF Send Rate' and 'DDF Receive Rate' in panel
  KOBSTART are not updated in E3270 interface.
  Attributes 'DDF Send Rate' and 'DDF Receive Rate' in workspace
  'System Status' are not updated in TEP.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Change logic to provide correct data for attributes 'DDF Send
  Rate' and 'DDF Receive Rate' in workspace 'System Status' in
  TEP and for columns 'DDF Send Rate' and 'DDF Receive Rate' in
  E3270 interface.
