Error description

  • All Japanese characters of Select file dialog window are garbled
    in diffmerge of v8.0.1.
    Also this issue occurs in Win 7 and XP.
    
    Replication steps
    (1) Set ProductLocale=JA in rhapsody.ini
    (2) execute Diffmerge.exe
    (3) Select compare... from file menu
