PM83991: 'failed to read input' when selecting Browser Version in query builder

Rational Change Interim Fix 1 for 5.2.0.8

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• My client tried to define query under 'Queries' tab and selected
  Browser Version in 'Attribute' listbox.
  In the popup windows opened by clicking an icon in Value section
  (next to 'Add' button), he faced an error saying 'failed to read
  input' when he put mouse cursor on the listbox.
  
  Login to Rational Change with the role of 'User'
  Click 'Query'.
  Select 'System' in '1. Select a Query'
  Select 'All CRs'
  In the right pane, select 'Browser Version' for attribute and
  click an icon in the Value area which is next to 'Add' button
  If you put your mouse cursor on the listbox, you will see the
  error saying 'failed to read input'
