Error description

• IBM Packaging Utility version 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 randomly crashes
  on RHEL 5.8 when the File -? Preference UI is accessed. Below
  error message could be displayed on the stdout console:

  processNodes     Invalid preference page path: Network

Problem conclusion

• This defect was isolated to an issue in the eclipse version
  adopted in the pre-1.6.2 IBM Packaging Utility.  The 1.6.2
  Packaging Utility has moved to a newer eclipse and this
  problem has been resolved.
