PM83771: cleartool find returns a different results when in a command prompt or cleartool interactive shell

Error description

• When running an IBM Rational ClearCase cleartool find command
  for a specific attribute, you get different results in the
  command shell than you do in the cleartool interactive shell:
  
  Example 1:
  In a Microsoft Windows command prompt, nothing is returned in
  the command:
  M:\test\none_test\dir?ct find . -version
  'Defect_Num=='RFC-12333'' -print
  
  M:\apply_label_test\symlink_none_test\dir?
  
  In the cleartool interactive shell, you get the following:
  
  cleartool? find . -version  'Defect_Num=='RFC-12333'' -print
  .\foo1.txt@@\main\1
  cleartool?
  
  Example 2: If you use the syntax in the info center for the find
  command, you see:
  
  M:\test\none_test\dir?ct find . -version  'Defect_Num ==
  'RFC-12333'' -print
  cleartool: Error: Extra arguments: '=='
  Usage: find { pname ... [-depth | -nrecurse | -directory]
              | [pname ...] -all [-visible | -nvisible]
              | -avobs [-visible | -nvisible]
              }
              [-name 'pattern']
              [-cview]
              [-user login-name]

  In the cleartool interactive shell, you see:

  WORKAROUND:
  
  Use the cleartool interactive shell instead of  command prompt.

  These syntax requirements have not changed since early
  versions of ClearCase, any change now would be high risk and
  have a negative impact on our existing customers who have
  their scripts, etc set around the current requirements.
