APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• For time requests originating from a CICS/DB2 application, with
  customization setting LEGACYDB2QUALIFICATION=Y, then it
  can be assumed that the intent of the user is that the DB2 time
  request should receive whatever altered date/time value is
  associated with the CICS region.  In this case, branching off to
  the AGGELIG routine is superfluous.  The logic in AGGLSPC will
  be altered so that CICS/DB2 time requests with
  LEGACYDB2QUALIFICATION=Y set, will bypass the call to AGGELIG,
  and proceed directly to retrieving the HourGlass-altered
  date/time value from the HourGlass CICS support.
