Error description

• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to use editing functions such as delete, find, will
  fail if an XML file is opened using an advanced XML editor (for
  example Web Descriptor editor, Faces Config editor) on the
  'Source' tab.
  
  Problem:
  
  1. You are editing an XML file in the 'Source' view.
  2. You close the file.
  3. You open the file again.
  4. The editor opens on the 'Source' tab
  5. You are unable to use editing functions such as Delete or
  Find.
  
  Local fix:
  
  Click on the 'Design' tab and then back to the 'Source' tab to
  re-enable editing functions.
