  *                 Performance Management (MVSPM) component     *
  *                 extracting data from SMF042 Type 6 records.  *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When loading table MVSPM_DATASET_H the  *
  *                      date/time and PERIOD_NAME are not       *
  *                      consistent with other TDS tables.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *
  ****************************************************************
  The date/time extracted from SMF42PTS and SMF42PTE fields
  in the SMF042 type 06 record is stored as GMT
  and not local time. This results in GMT date/time being
  stored in the tables and thus the PERIOD_NAME generated is
  inconsistent with other TDS tables using local time.
  The affected table is MVSPM_DATASET_H.
  

Problem conclusion

• The date/time extracted from the SMF042 type 06 record is now
  augmented by the time zone offset stored in the S42JDGMO field
  in the SMF042 type 06 record.
