APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Issue comes from subsystem interface when a SSI request is
  inserted in monitor Queue and is not taken into account before
  timeout occurs on client side.
  When a timeout occurs, a detach on local SSI interface will
  remove the chain from client to cross memory interface and also
  remove all acquired areas. RCB is no longer available when
  monitor works with this request and an abend occurs.
  
  Because timeout occured on client side, this request should be
  ignored.
  
  Code will be fixed to check if RCB area is valid before any
  other action.
