    The <enabledComponents> tag has one of three possible values:

    1) A single occurrence of NONE
    2) A single occurrence of ALL
    3) Multiple occurrences listing different components to enable

    Migration needs to preserve the original value

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After migration, the components *
    * enabled for Performance Monitoring *
    * Infrastructure (PMI) Metrics is *
    *                      incorrect.                              *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The component listing for enabling PMI Metrics is not a
    standard list that can have any combination of possible
    values. If you have modified the default settings, migration
    can unintentionally insert the ALL value into the listing.
