  Refer to Apar PM80558 for further details. ALTER authorization
  required for MM queue DNIvQPFX.DNQ_P_PRT.

  With Base PTF UK91963 for PM80558 the CIN has been changed to
  use the correct MQOpen options and user ID of the message
  broker started task (UBRK1) requires ALTER authorization
  only for the following queues:
  - DNIvQPFX.DNF_L_IMP
  - DNIvQPFX.DNF_L_TR
  - DNIvQPFX.DNF_O_FT
  - DNIvQPFX.DNF_O_FTTMH
  - DNIvQPFX.DNF_O_FTTML
  - DNIvQPFX.DNF_O_FTUMH
  - DNIvQPFX.DNQ_P_PRT
  The WebSphere MQ security definitions for WebSphere BI for FN
  Message Management feature have been corrected with PM83420
  to grant ALTER authorization for DNIvQPFX.DNQ_P_PRT queue
  to group DNIvSGRP.
