Error description

• The WTX 8.3.0.5 Design Studio Type Designer National Language
  list is incorrect where Western is no longer the default value.
   Three values from the bottom of the Data Language list have
  been removed from the Data Language list and added to the top
  of the National Language list.  The National Language list is
  also missing the bottom three values.
  
  The following top three values in the National Language list
  have changed to new values from the end of the Data Language
  list (which are no longer present in the Data Language list).
