  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: LOAD utility failed with ABEND0C4       *
  *                      RC00000010 at DSNUGSOR +x'280C'         *
  *                      during DISCARD processing of unique     *
  *                      key violations when using DB2 Sort.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available          *
  ****************************************************************
  Code in DB2 attempted to access a record returned above the bar
  by DB2 Sort for z/OS V1.3 while operating in 31 bit addressing
  mode causing the ABENDS0C4 DSNUGSOR OFFSET280C.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified to remain in 64-bit addressing mode for
  the processing of records returned from DB2 Sort.
