Error description

• This error can occur during qualification processing in the
  AGGELIG module, while processing elements stored in the
  Active Control Element Set (ACES) data area.
  An ABENDS0C4 can occur in AGGELIG near offset x'17FA' if an
  HourGlass dynamic refresh occurs while a qualification process
  involving multiple qualification phases is underway.  A
  situation can arise in which one or more initial qualification
  phases process using one ACES data area, then a dynamic refresh
  occurs, meanwhile subsequent qualification phases attempt to use
  the new ACES data area with pointers obtained from the previous
  ACES data area, resulting in a possible ABENDS0C4.

  *                      pointers that were applicable to the    *
  *                      previous ACES data area, and now no     *
  *                      longer valid, resulting in a possible   *
  *                      ABENDS0C4 as described above.           *
