PM83134: Eclipse Client does not take into account default ports in connections

Error description

• Eclipse client does not consider the fact that if a connection
  is created with a URL:
  
  https://server.com/dm
  
  That it can also be the same as
  
  https://server.com:443/dm (default port for the https scheme is
  443).

  When the Eclipse client connects to a Collaborative
  Lifecycle Management (CLM) server with a URL that does not
  specify a port (a default port is used), the Eclipse client
  fails to find the CLM server on link creation, resulting in
  the user not being able to add a new link.
  

Problem conclusion

• Friend server connection lookup algorithm was updated to
  take into account default port of the protocols, e.g.
  https://server and https://server:443 considered the same
  connection. This has been fixed in the Rational Software
  Architect Extension for Design Management 4.0.2 release.
