PM82972: DOUBLE CLICK SUBMIT BUTTON IN MER CREATE VIEW WILL GENERATE TWO DULPLICATE MSG IN THE QUEUE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When user Creates new message in MER, the system will get two
  duplicate messages with double-clicking "Submit" button in MER
  Create View.
  
  which means user will create a message twice while
  double-clicking the "Submit" button.
  

Local fix

• click the submit button once to send out the request

  Formerly, when creating a new message in MER, double-clicking
  the "Submit" button would trigger a race condition. It could
  happen that two duplicate messages were created instead of one.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem is fixed. Only one message will be created.
