Error description

• Content created with draft-publish-expire workflow on Server A
  Move content to publish stage/status
  Content automatically syndicated to Server B using All Item syn
  Content automatically re-syndicated to Server C using Live Item
  syndication, shows on server C with publish status
  Restart the workflow for the content on Server A
  Content update syndicated to Server B, content shows as draft
  Content update syndicated to Server C, content shows as draft,
  this is incorrect, content should be deleted instead.

Problem conclusion

• Event log was not updated correctly on the Second syndicator.
  
  Code updated to correctly maintain event log on downstream
  syndicators.
