Error description

• CINB transaction may abend AICA.  EXEC CICS SUSPEND logic needs
  to be enabled within the SAVE_AFF_TABLE and SAVE_AFF_TABLE
  routines.

  *                      prevent AICA Abend in CIUCINB2 module   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF and perform HOLD ACTION.       *
  ****************************************************************
  Program block controlling the issuing of the SUSPEND commands
  is executed only once within the procedures SAVE_DEP_TABLE and
  SAVE_AFF_TABLE. It does not enable the SUSPEND commands
  to be issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program logic was corrected to provide the issuing of the
  SUSPEND commands to avoid the AICA Abend.
