PM82826: TRUNCATED UI ON "DEFINE DATES" DIALOG OF STATISTICS 21.

Error description

• When selecting "Week, Days, Hours" for cases format on Define
  Dates UI, the Hours item in "First Case Is" box is truncated.
  Resizing the dialog window does not make any effect.  The frame
  containing these controls does not resize to accommodate the
  contents when fonts are changed, default DPI is changed, etc.
