Error description

• Signed JAR files prevent classes from being loaded when
  eXtreme Scale is installed in the Liberty profile. This error
  occurs because some classes in this bundle require that its
  JAR file is signed to function correctly. However, by signing
  the entire JAR file, other products, features, or bundles that
  export those packages are not loaded.

  packages, such as javax.ejb or javax.jms, in a bundle for
  prerequisite software.  Some classes in this bundle require
  that its JAR file is signed to function correctly. However, by
  signing the entire JAR file, other products, features,
  or bundles that export those packages are not loaded.
  

Problem conclusion

• The classes that must be signed are now packaged in a
  separate, internal JAR file inside the prerequisite bundle.
  This allows other products, features, or bundles to
  successfully export the common packages.
